ADSkyscraper is a digital advertising platform. You can purchase a Regular ad slot (max 10 per cycle) or a Sticky ad slot (1 per cycle). All ads run in fixed 3-day cycles and expire at the end of that cycle.
In exchange for the price paid, you receive one advertising slot (Regular or Sticky) for one fixed 3-day cycle. Your ad (image, title, and link) is displayed on the ADSkyscraper website until the end of that cycle. Sticky ads are shown in the top position. After payment and approval, an invoice is sent to your email address where applicable.
Prices are in EUR. They change only at cycle boundaries, not during a cycle. After 3 consecutive full cycles (all slots filled), prices increase by 20%. After 5 consecutive half-empty cycles, prices decrease by 15%. The price shown at the time of purchase applies to your order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use this service. You must have rights to all content you submit and are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your ad content.
Payment is via Stripe only (card). Prices are in EUR. All advertisements are reviewed by an administrator before they are published. After payment, your ad is submitted for this review. Only approved ads are displayed on the website. If the administrator rejects your ad, you will be refunded in full.
You may not place ads that contain or promote:
We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these rules. Ads that are rejected for prohibited content are not refunded. Approved ads that are later found to violate these rules may be removed without refund.
If your ad is rejected by the administrator, you will be refunded. No refunds for approved ads or for content that is later removed due to policy violation.
We provide the service “as is”. We are not liable for user-generated content or indirect damages.
If you are a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of the contract. By placing an order and accepting that your ad may go live after approval, you agree that we may begin performing the service (displaying your ad) once it is approved. Once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply. If your ad is rejected, you will be refunded as stated in section 6.
